In 2013, PMR Automotive started as a 1.5 bay shop four miles south of Marion. Run as a one man show, we didn't even have an office to start. It didn't take long for word to get out about the work performed at the shop, meaning growth was inevitable. In 2014, we added a service truck to be able to tow and perform some minor roadside services. Then, in 2015, we added a rollback tow truck to our fleet to help customers get to the shop when broken down.

In 2016, the opportunity presented itself to move into town to a 5 bay shop. While it was hard to say goodbye to our home location, we made the leap to new opportunities to better serve our customers. Since then we have added on a wrecker tow truck to further help our customers during hard times, including break downs, winch outs, and more. We've added services such as alignments, fleet care, A/C repairs, and more, and are better able to help our customers with all of their vehicle needs.

Now, after over 10 years in business, we only want to strive more to serve our customers. We are always learning and looking for ways to expand our car care expertise, getting into hybrid vehicles and looking into electric as well. We keep up with the latest in auto care, servicing even current model-year vehicles, keeping up with the A/C changes including the ability to service 1234YF, maintaining our diagnostic equipment for all makes and models, and more. We also want to ensure our customers' vehicle safety, performing a complimentary 32-point inspection with each visit - even an oil change!
